We have received the environmental impact report of slurry pump reconstruction and expansion project (prepared by Shandong mintong Environmental Safety Technology Co., Ltd.), and put forward the following approval opinions according to the EIA documents:
1、 Basic information of the project
Shandong Dabo Pump Technology Co., Ltd. has approved and accepted the project with an annual output of 3000 slurry pumps by Boshan branch of Zibo Environmental Protection Bureau. The project with an annual output of 600 slurry pumps was approved by Boshan branch of Zibo Environmental Protection Bureau in November 2017 (bhsz [2017] No. 2006), and passed the independent acceptance in January 2018. In order to improve product quality and expand market competitiveness, the slurry pump reconstruction and expansion project is constructed. The project is located at No. 17, South Ring Road, Boshan District, Zibo City. The total investment of the project is 3 million yuan, including 300000 yuan for environmental protection, covering an area of 5465.8 square meters. It is a reconstruction and expansion project. The newly added main production equipment includes 7 lathes, 2 radial drilling machines, 1 electric welding machine, 1 DC arc welding machine, 1 grinding machine, 1 grinder, 1 electric friction machine, 1 hand electric drill, 2 welding fume purifiers, 3 traveling cranes, 1 machining center, 1 hard support balancing machine, 2 Industrial filter dust removers, 1 arc welding machine, 1 shot blasting machine, 1 supporting dust remover, 1 automatic welding machine One resistance furnace, the main raw and auxiliary materials are: Castings, round steel, steel pipes, bearings, standard parts, welding materials, etc.
2、 The project must focus on the implementation of various environmental protection measures and the following requirements proposed in the report: (I) the project relies on the existing plant without civil engineering. During the operation of the project, we must strictly abide by the current environmental protection laws and regulations, strengthen management, ensure the normal operation of environmental protection facilities and ensure the stable and up to standard discharge of pollutants; The project uses electricity as energy. It is not allowed to build or use direct coal-fired boilers and tea boilers, use backward production capacity equipment officially eliminated by the state, and increase casting, painting, surface treatment and other processes without authorization.
（2） The production of the project must be carried out in the closed workshop, and the production workshop shall strengthen ventilation and shielding. The dust generated during the cutting machine, grinding machine and grinding process of the project is collected by the gas collecting hood and discharged through a 15m high exhaust cylinder after being treated by an existing set of bag dust remover.
