DCS slot type mortar pump features unique design, convenient mounting and outstanding working performance. It is used for conveying gas-containing foam slurry to meet the demands of continuous and intermittent feeding, and is also used for pumping mortar, slurry and strong liquid containing impurities. It supports movable mounting during application. It has the main advantages of: the integrated design enables flexible layout of the equipment, no stirring device is required in the tank, and the eddy current generated by pump slot ensures stable working of the mortar pump. The slurry inlet can prevent the condition of air resistance and there is no dead angle for slurry retention. Under the condition of long-time termination of pumping, configuration adopting a stirring device can be chosen to prevent slurry sedimentation.
The cantilever and suspension type design does not require submerged bearing or shaft seal. The bearing device adopts double sealing including dynamic seal and static seal to prevent the invasion of slurry and gravel. The DCS slot type mortar pump can be categorized into embedded type with the slot size of 1.7m3, 2.2m3, 2.6m3 and 3m3 and external hung type with the slot size of 1m3, 1.5m3, 1.7m3, 2m3 and 2.5m3.
